CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION:
- Camel CM143 submerged arc welding is manufactured using OERLIKON technology on a modern and stable production line.
- CM143 is a fluoride-cured sorbent – Calcium – Silicate. In the welding process outside the function of covering the weld protection, the welding also added a suitable amount of Silicon and Manganese to improve the welding properties.
- CM143 welded welding produces less slag, reducing wear and tear.
- DC or AC current can be welded and allow for high speed welding, good welding shape, stable arc and slag.
- CM143 welding drug is heated at temperatures above 850OC, thus eliminating the molecular water to ensure that the welds are not porous, the residual hydrogen content in the low weld to give the welds high ductility.

NOTE:
- When welding capsule is moist, welding smoked, splashed and unstable, difficult to remove the powder should be dried before the welding.
- Keeping the welding capsule in dry places, wrapped in dusty, damp packaging, avoid tearing the package of welding capsule.
- Always maintain the right amount of protection under the guidance to get deep weld, high work ability.
