1. Characteristics on usage:
·           EH-14 is a kind of welding wire with low Carbon and Silica average Manganese, negligible impurities of S and P that makes weld’s joint with metal appearance good. It is possible to combine with various welding flux to have weld’s joint with mechanical properties as requirement
·          EH -14 has high fidelity and steady wire direction and is covered with a pure copper plated layer. It makes preservation and welding process stable.
·           EH -14 is welded with automatic technology, submerged arc under protective flux layer that makes weld’s joint stable. Basing on kind of welding flux (CM122 (F7A4)), typical mechanical properties are presented in the following table.
·          EH -14   is appropriate for welding low Carbon steel frame and average alloy high Manganese with high impact resistance such as pressure basin, pipe, huge weight-resistant steel frame, big bridges, huge load automobiles, huge ships that can go to North Pole and South Pole.

      5. Usage instruction:
  • Well preparation for safety before welding. Stable power.
  • Remove dirt such as oil, rust on welding objects. Clean welding area to avoid impurities and strange bodies in welding flux. Weld in accordance with the process.
  • Clean wire pipeline, adjust welding wire to ensure for stability. Do not let wire be untidy and deformed
  • When welding wire and flux mix is dirty and wet. It must be smoky, splashy, unstable. Keep in dry area, tight packing to avoid dirt, moisture. Dry welding flux at temperature of over 200OC for 40 ~ 60 minutes before welding.
  • Choose the right current and speed, maintain amount of flux, follow instruction to get the highest effect.
