Đặc điểm và ứng dụng:
- G-308 is a high Lime-Titania type covered electrode with excellent usability in all position welding. As its deposits austenitic weld metal which contains a suitable quantity of ferrite, its carck resistibility and weldability are especially good.
- For the welding of 18%Cr-8%Ni stainless steel such as AISI (SUS) 304, 305, 308. With good mechanical properties and durability, G-308 can also be used for welding structure with high loading capacity and abrasion resistibility, medical equipments, household article, tub containing chemicals, civil arts contruction, stainless banister....
- It's easy-slag-removable, few blowhole, smoke and spatter. Its weld bead is smooth, shinny; the arc is soft, the re-striking is good and penetration is shallow...Furthermore, its heat resistiblity, corrosion resistibility and mechanical properties are good in as welded conditions.

Usage introduction:
- Keep the arcs as short as possible and chose the welding current as low as possible.
- Weaving width should be within two and a half time of electrode's diameter.
- When the electrodes have absorbed moisture, dry them at 250-300oC for 60-90 minutes before use.
- Usually, preheat is not necessary.
