1. Characterics on Usage:

  • CM 143 is produced according to OERLIKON technology with the modern equipment and stable quality.
  • CM143 is an agglomerated Fluoride-Calcium-Silicate base type flux.The flux causes Silicon and Manganese pick up in the weld metal. Its produces a short slag and therefore suited for welding cylindrical work pieces having small diameter. It can use on either DC or AC up to 1200A and high welding speed is permitted. It produced good appearance with stable arc and easy removal.
  • It is preferably used with welding wire: EL12, EM12... for welding of general structural steel, low alloy steel such as pressure vessels, boilers, storage tank and pipe steel. It is suitable for single, twin, multi-wire welding; particularly it is likewise suitable for welding from both sides in one pass.

4. Size: from 10 ~ 40mechs ( Equal to 0,45mm ~ 2,0mm )

5. Usage introduction: 

  • Re-dry at temperature over 850C. 
  • Remove dirt such as oil, slag on welding material, clean the welding area in order to avoid the impurities, foreign agent on welding flux.
  • Keep the welding wire at the dry place, tight packing avoiding dirt, wet, avoiding dirt, wet, and avoid torn packing
